Directions for Professional Hood Cleaning

Dilution: For heavy-duty grease and carbonized soil, dilute at a 10:1 ratio (approx. 12 oz. per gallon). For normal hood cleaning maintenance, dilute at a 16:1 ratio (approx. 8 oz. per gallon).

Application: Apply via downstream injector or foam cannon as a thick foam directly to vertical hood surfaces and filters.

Dwell Time: Allow to dwell for 10-15 minutes. Do not allow the product to dry on the surface.

Agitation: Agitate exceptionally heavy carbon deposits with a stiff brush if necessary.

Rinse: Rinse thoroughly with high-pressure hot water from top to bottom.

Material Compatibility: DO NOT USE on aluminum, galvanized metals, zinc, tin, or other alkali-sensitive surfaces. Permanent damage and pitting will occur. Avoid contact with painted surfaces.
