1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Hood Cleaner Supplies platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by this End-User License Agreement ("Agreement"). If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Use of the Service

Hood Cleaner Supplies grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service solely for your personal or business purchasing needs. You agree not to misuse the Service, attempt unauthorized access, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

3. QuickBooks Integration

Our Service integrates with Intuit QuickBooks to facilitate invoicing and order management. By placing an order, you authorize Hood Cleaner Supplies to create and manage customer records and estimates within our QuickBooks account on your behalf for the purpose of processing your order. We do not access or store your personal QuickBooks account data.

4. Orders and Pricing

All orders placed through the Service are subject to availability and confirmation. Prices are listed in USD. Shipping costs are calculated separately and will be included in your emailed invoice prior to payment being due. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion.

5. Privacy and Data

We collect your name, email address, phone number, and shipping address solely to process and fulfill your order. We do not sell your personal information to third parties. Your data may be shared with Intuit QuickBooks and Resend (our email provider) as necessary to complete transactions and send order communications.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this platform, including product names, descriptions, images, and branding, is the property of Hood Cleaner Supplies and may not be reproduced or redistributed without written permission.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Hood Cleaner Supplies does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hood Cleaner Supplies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Changes to This Agreement

We reserve the right to update this Agreement at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
